Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena is used by the Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources department, since we enter budget data, expenses and costs, loans and any information to maintain financial control in the company, since it is necessary to maintain accounts, analyze and predict what the best decision and at the same time have the secure data in the Vena database because they are very secure and only we can access them.

Pros

  • With Vena, we make the best decision on any expense that we have to make since it offers us a good budget analysis.
  • The financial data entry is very accurate because it is unified with Excel and the formulas do not fail.
  • The creation of templates allows us to have all the data in a single database, its storage is safe and it allows us to rest easy.

Cons

  • When starting the first setup of Vena in-house, we had to ask the technical support team for help, because it was a difficult thing to do by ourselves.
  • We don't know why some templates when creating them are slow. I would like them to improve that because creating templates is essential to use them, and without that option, Vena would not be successful with us.
  • Better results by having all financial data controlled.
  • Very predictive analysis.
  • Security when storing information, very secure database.
I recommend Vena because it is a necessary software for any company since we improve our way of keeping accounts, the reports are precise and very detailed, it integrates excellently with Excel and it is very easy for us since we have received previous training. Using Vena reduces errors in numbers since Excel formulas are accurate.
