Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions
Initially we started using Vena among the FP&A team, then slowly started rolling it out to other departments. We have just completed our 2021 budget cycle and we have a range of departments across the organization using it to prepare their budgets, including: operations, IT, HR, finance, CSR, and other G&A departments.
- Data integrity through database.
- Standardized templates.
- Workflow and delegation of approval.
- Traceability and drill down functions.
- Continue improving template performance and speed.
- Improvement on dashboards.
The customer support has been great, we received plenty of training and support during the implementation stage. Customer care and support are fantastic for post implementation as well.
We've been able to share more reports and data with key stakeholders on timely basis, this is been a huge improvement from the past for us.
We chose Vena mainly due to how flexible it is for our business, and that we would be able to own the software inhouse (finance team) rather than relying heavily on external consultants, just like the case with other software we looked at.
