Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

I use it to schedule my Technical Admins and set them up for shift bid. I set up shift bids for each of our 4 locations where I have an Admin supporting our contact centers. This product assists me with easy scheduling and shift bidding for my employees.

I am able to schedule my Techs more efficiently for coverage in our busier times.
We have used the mobile app and it has not functioned as needed for the past year and I am still in the process of trying to work with Verint for a solution on how to fix our issues with the mobile app.
This is very useful for companies looking for a detailed way to schedule hundreds of employees efficiently. If you have a small business this would not be needed.
