We use it for creating schedules and forecasting the amount of agents needed to work throughout the day.
We also verify agents productivity

It have improved tremendously
We are not using the mobile app at this time
It was well suited when had to have agents to transfer to different sites due to business continuity

Taking away 'load interactions' in the adherence screen was devastating
