Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

My team was responsible for implementing WFM. Far less complexity than NICE WFM and liked that it was a easy add on to the entire Verint suite.

The maintenance is less complex and its just an add on to what we already have.

We need DaVinci forecasting or intelligent forecasting but we are not in the cloud
We rolled out the Mobile app but dont have much usage yet. We are using Verints IVR to integrate with WFM
We use it in our contact center space and decided to migrate off of NICE WFM. We like the fact that all our products and hierarchy are in the same suite.
