Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

WFM is used to maintain schedules and coordinate PTO and adherence.

yes mostly within the WFM department- Analysts are able to complete tasks with increased accuacy
we are not currently utilizing Verint for this function. However recently we have began to distribute capacity plans in conjunction with Verint forecasting so that programs within our organization are able to make better staffing decisions.
I have worked within the system for several years and have not found a separate WFM system that is comparable or has as many features as Verint. There are comparable systems for scheduling , forecasting and PTO allotment. however I have not been able to find one with all three
Verint combines many of the services of the above platforms in a more user friendly way than NICE IEX (Easier to teach from a WFM perspective)

Suited for BAAS call centers and single POC phone lines. Would not recommend for small organizations or organizations with extreme back office complexities
