Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We are using Vidyard across our revenue departments (namely Sales and Client Success) to help include video as part of our regular reach outs to prospects and clients. Video has become a part of our prospecting efforts on the sales side and has become part of regular communications on the client success side.

Vidyard has been very well suited to being included in an active sales cycle. There is always a good time to send a video during prospecting, and it helps open doors and strengthens relationships.
