Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum
It is a great tool for tracking and organization. I like it because all of the departments in our company are able to coordinate and manage documents and processing as a whole.
- There are so many options in the Spectrum folder structure and I am able to save the ones that I use daily for my department.
- I love that I can attach documents to different sections of tracking. That way I can keep every step in the same place if I ever have to look back.
- The filter options are great for searching for things in a timely fashion!
- I think the windows that you use for getting into a section to enter data should combine differently so you don't have to have so many Spectrum windows open at once.
- I think it is a great tool and worth the investment for our company.
I have not used other similar programs.
