Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Spectrum in several different aspects. Payroll is the main and most important area, and Spectrum is good at helping to correct errors from previous weeks.

Pros and Cons

AP tracking
Invoicing
Payroll
HR

Platform could be more user friendly and easy to navigate.
Document imaging doesn't always work.

Usability

Very user friendly, I would have given it at 10 but it's difficult to find things when looking for them from the site map (I have all my main folder's pinned).

Connected Construction Management

We have not streamlined this.

Spectrum is the only one I have used since starting here 2 years ago.

Overall I don't have any problems other than the document imaging not always working, which requires me to log back out and in to get the images to capture. Once you learn to navigate the site maps things become much easier.
