Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Vincere as a executive CRM tool to manage our database of clients and candidates effectively day to day. Vincere allows us to pull incredible amounts of live data, especially for finance reviews, in a short space of time. Its ease of use for adjusting day to day functionality - to keep up with our market is incredibly easy and allows us to react instantly to any adjustments we may need to make.

access financial data to assist with forecasting and pipeline reviews

More up to date with outlook connectivity - it doesnt show up to date inbox where items have been deleted outside of the system.

The training videos are a great tool for someone new to the system, and lines up really well with the ease of use that the system demonstrates overall - my team all watched these over the course of a week and became fairly proficient in using the system before we had it rolled out.
Previously systems i have used haven't allowed for the extraction of financials in enough detail from the system. Vincere allows us to break our data down by contingent and retained, then by stage in order to truly see our pipeline in detail.

Support Rating

The support at Vincere is fantastic. I have used the portal / email based system multiple times and the responses are always incredibly quick, helpful and courteous. The team behind the messages always take time to make sure the query is resolved effectively and make sure to check (every time) if there is anything else that they can do to help. They could not be more helpful or attentive.

Using Vincere

Usability

The only slight issue i have is that when you open outlook in Vincere is that it does not mirror outlook itself. Where i have previously deleted items directly through outlook, this is not replicated on Vinceres opening.
