Viralheat has grown into an excellent all-in-one tool for social media management.

We use it predominantly for reputation management and monitoring purposes - looking for brand mentions and relevant topics so we can measure the impact of our marketing and communication efforts and make connections where appropriate. We currently use HootSuite for social publishing, since this functionality was not originally available in Viralheat - although multi-channel publishing is now part of the Viralheat platform.
