Overall Satisfaction with Visier

We use Visier in line with our cost analysis and profitability services that are provided to clients. We are able to cross-reference employee data from multiple sources and provide insights that we have previously had access to. Visier has helped us get a view on how changes in workforce affect performance and ultimately profitability. Having these insights has helped us improve the performance of our clients.

Pros

  • Insights that we provide regarding workforce are now always entirely data driven.
  • The visualisations you can create allow for analysis to be easily explained.

Cons

  • There are a few key formatting features missing from the visualisation platform.
  • More data focused recruitment decisions.
  • Deeper cross platform data insights.
Viser has allowed us to easily see the impact workforce changes have on the bigger picture of the business. This is great from both a forecasting and budgeting point of view, but also a benchmarking point of view, like allowing clients to see the impact an increase in recruitment has for example.
