Overall Satisfaction with Visier
We currently have 850+ active users of the solution. Of the 850, 150 are from HR and the rest are managers with direct reports. The application is beginning to help us address our Position Management issues of the past. For one, we have never had a module for this, only Excel spreadsheets. Visier has been able to customize this for Comerica and this will allow us to see what we have out there available to fill.

- The admin panel can, at times, be overwhelming and make things hard to find.
- Customization can, at times, take time but that is to be expected.
- Restatements, I prefer not to go that route.
- Visier has helped our Executive Director from Credit understand the trending information for our End 2 End program.
