Visier is used to monitor the workload of each individual and understand how we can be more effective while reducing employee burnout. It is used mainly by the upper management and it helps us to track results and performance in an easy way.

We worked with Lattice before Visier and their focus was more in the organizational charts and providing clarity on the chain of command.
Visier is more focused on the roles and tasks and is better prepared for more flexible and agile organizations. It's a more complete tool and better equipped in terms of data and insights.
