Overall Satisfaction with Vista by Viewpoint
Vista by Viewpoint is being used across our entire company. Our accounting department uses it for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financials. Our purchasing department uses it for the purchase orders, our human resource department uses it for safety training tracking, onboarding, and record keeping. Operations use it for work orders and fleet management. Equipment services use if for fleet management and maintenance.
- Lots of useful reports out of the box.
- Ease of use and navigation.
- Ease to modify existing reports to fit your needs.
- Support can take some time to get back with you, but they are currently working on that.
- The knowledge base is a real mess, unorganized, and it's sometimes hard to find the answers you are looking for.
- Gaining the ability to manipulate reports in-house has saved us a great deal of money.
