Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

We have an E-learning marketing platform. Vista Social is used as a social media content management tool. We program and schedule all the content for several social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages. We also use it for social listening. A critical aspect is dashboard and analytics reporting. Right now the tool is very intuitive in the dashboard side as it allows you to create full transparent reports.

  • Reduced operational costs, avoided hiring extra specialist one person can handle up to 5 different clients with 4 social media accounts each.
  • Streamlined and eased the process.
  • It contributed to our social media reach by at least 30%
The initial setup can be rough, we had trouble initially with META accounts, and had to contact support but they were very eager to help and point us in the right direction.

Other than that the tool does an amazing job, I was surprised because they don't advertise all the features, yet they're intuitive to use once you start playing around with the tool.

Hootsuite doesn't necessarily adds a lot of value from our perspective, it's a hard sell for the features and the limitations from their plans, social vista on the other hand has a much more set of features/tools within the app making a more appealing offer in terms of value/price.

Definitely for agencies or brands that run several accounts or brand accounts, the multi-account use is super useful and robust as a platform, managing your content calendar for several brands.

I'd say is definitely less aproppiate for users who only manage a couple of profiles, it's kinda of an overkill. You might as well just use the native content and social posting features of your favorite platforms.
