My honest Vtiger Review
Overall Satisfaction with Vtiger
Personally, I think that Vtiger is one of the best CRM out there, it has many pros. I think that the biggest one is that it is cloud based so you don't have to worry about maintenance and such.
We use Vtiger to manage our customers, from the organizational point of view to opportunities management, using almost all modules, we even use the interviews module to keep track of our HR process.
We have also integrated our calendars to show our important meetings in Vtiger, and the dashboard give us great insight information on our internal processes.

Pros
- Easy of use.
- Configuring custom dashboards with information that is important to you.
- The Contact & Organization module is very well built with a lot of useful information.
- Custom fields to any type of module.
Cons
- Services Module: Project Management is very plain with not much use.
- Internal Tickets & Cases: all the information is really clogged they could use a better segmentation.
- Appointments page: you can create your custom appointment page but it needs more work.
- Positive: all the information regarding any specific customer is in just one place and easy to find.
- Positive: always available.
- Positive: Service contract management is great.
- Negative: Case and Internal Tickets needs A LOT of work.
Vtiger is just overall superior, has better capabilities and has much better handling of the customer care process. Overall a monster of the CRM industry in my book, comparing it to Zoho CRM, Zoho could learn a thing or 2 from Vtiger, from the contacts management to the opportunities management.
Overall Vtiger is way more complete.
