Reporting - The ability to create customized reports is great and very useful to management to understand areas that may need attention. • Easy to use environment
  • Easy integration with 3rd party apps for email, calendar, contacts, telephones
  • Always improving products on the cloud version
  • Workflows across the whole sales process, including post sales
  • Collaboration with ease
  • Sometimes it freezes
  • After every update, there could be a hiccup
  • Sometimes sync settings and integrations got lost
  • Invasive notifications with annoying sounds
  • Change of buttons placement tend to confuse after you get used to it
Feel free to automate your sales process with this great platform, you can send triggered and targeted emails. set campaigns, receive and develop leads, automate the sales process, quoting and then the rest of the post-sales process, including the assets management of every customer and the renewals of it if you sell subscription-based products Less appropriate I do not consider Vtiger inappropriate for anything. It is a software with robust capabilities for any size organizations. cloud architecture makes it very flexible and handy

Vtiger is well suited to any organization that manages large databases because it is very quick to populate, deduplicate and categorize the contact records. It is a very good way to manage your mailing campaigns because each record can be held in one place only and then belong to as many mailing lists as you like. You can even have website sign up forms adding people to your lists based on their interests.

With vTiger, I have not found a way to do this and when I ask to be notified, I get notified instantly, not at the time I want to follow up.
vTiger packs a ton of functionality and capability, but the challenge is getting there. In today's day where everyone is doing more with less, having a solution that meets a couple specific needs and does that well is essential. To me, at times I feel as though vTiger is trying to be a "jack of all trades" solution which ultimately ends up making it more confusing to use. However, on the flip side of that, if you take the time to learn everything about vTiger, I am sure it is an awesome tool but there is a learning curve associated with it. Finally, I would like to see more integrations with other vendors moving forward so if we cannot use vTiger for everything, at least it would have the ability to "talk" with other programs.

  • Graphical report
  • Search is tough
For any kind of sales and marketing it a very good tool. Since the tool is online it can be managed from any where. But the desktop application is not helpful. For small and medium organizations it is really helpful but in case of a big organization I do not recommend it.
