Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We use it for our staff to access the company network and also sell it to our customer so they can use it to access their company networks.
  • Simple to use for MFA
  • Easy to integrate with Windows login for RDP
  • good documentation
  • integrates well with lots of other systems
  • maybe a feature to alert the system admin when your having a problem with your token
  • some how make it easier for end users to move mobile phones
  • increased secuirty
  • confidence that we are protecting our business
  • ensure compliance with industry regulations
We have increased confidence in the security for end users accounts that have remote access granted
Also we allow the users set their own password . They link the app to their mobile phone and their access is tracked and logged giving us increased visibility as to who is connecting remotely.

Ease of use and management , is definitely a bonus ,
Compliance to cyber insurance policy requirements is satisfied /

the AuthPoint MFA allow for increased security the following Remote access - easy to link to WatchGuard devices to set up remote access, providing an extra layer of protection when logging in. Also easy to use to control RDP to workstations or server, again providing an extras layer of security to the Logon. Having the mobile phone authentication allows end user to have something as well as know something .
