Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

It is used by the entire organization. The WatchGuard device provides internet security and external access security to the office workstations and servers. We have implemented IPS and Gateway antivirus. The SSL and IPSEC VPN clients are set up and used by users for connecting to their local workstations.
  • Network connectivity from clients and home easy and secure.
  • It requires little attention once set up.
  • Management is easy.
  • The help system for custom implementation is sometimes difficult, fortunately support is very responsive and timely.
  • The system hardware and support are low cost comparatively and provide necessary security.
Guardsite has provided our most recent and several previous upgrades to devices. They have full understanding of the product and are helpful in purchase decisions.
Ease of use. Cost and support availability.
Simple with excellent support availability.
The basic system includes a complete package with little added features required.
The added subscriptions for my organization are easily added.
Cisco and Sonicwall. WatchGuard is easier to use and in most cases less expensive providing the same security.
I have used this system for maintaining patient and client security for both health care, legal and accounting companies with little concern for the system being violated.
