Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
Our previous IT company left the default IP providers router in place as our only means of edge security. Our new IT firm replaced that device with a new Watchguard Firebox T15 (at the time, since upgraded to a T25-W) and we've never been happier. We may not use all the features of the box but it's served us well and I feel much more secure with having it in place.

- Form factor, it's an aesthetic thing.
- Maybe more 'smarts' in setting things up.
- It's hare to give a number on our ROI. It's more of a sense of security and I'm not sure how to put dollar signs to that.
- We replaced our old, insecure device with this state of the art unit and have had not issues.
We worked with Charlie Bravo Group and were very satisfied with their services. They've replaced our old IT firm and have taken our security form a zero to a 10. They've also handled all other aspects of our network, soup to nuts. Very happy with our purchase and with our IT partner. Would would both purchase additional WatchGuard product and continue to use our new IT firm.
We are a small shop so we had not needed any unification products.
We do not use WatchGuard Cloud products.
We had not really looked at any other products. Our IT rep shows us some options, gave us the pro's and con's and when he suggested WatchGuard we went with his suggestion. Worked out great for us!
