I primarily use the WG Firebox management and the WG Cloud for our customer Firebox licensing, renewals and management
Pros
- Managment of Fireboxes is simpler once the customer router has been joined to the reseller login account, compared to the customer login account
- I can't think of anything else

- Switching Firebox login accounts from the customer login to the reseller login for the use of the WG cloud

more connections between customer equipment, licensing renewal, firmware updates, integrated management
I don't know or have a use case, but I do know how to use the WG cloud the best after migrating Fireboxes from customer account logins to the reseller logins, and the Cloud management afterwards.
