We currently use a couple of WatchGuard M390 in a HA configuration to ensure connectivity and security to one or our main branch offices.

We are extremely happy of the services offered by our WatchGuard partner.
In the unlikely case that they have not eough knowledge for contrastin a securiy issie, the problem is immediately escalated and the reply is very fast.

Having WatchGuard Network Security allow us to see only one partner in case of problems and it's therefore easier to address the issues.
So far, we have no complaints against WatchGuard Network Security and the services relying on the appliances.
Every product has it's own pros and cons. We prefer to differentiate the use according to the specific scenarios. In our case, a main branch office scenario, with a medium sized datacenter, is a perfect scenario for our WatchGuard Network Security appliances.
