Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use two Watchguard M370 firewalls to secure our network from external security threats and for secure remote access via SSL VPN into our network for home office users.
Pros
- Easy to set up
- Easy upgrade / update procedures
- Very good reliability
Cons
- Finding firewall policies that don't do what they're supposed to can be a litte challenging
- No network security breaches since we use Watchguard Network Security
We use BOC (Germany) as a Watchguard partner for buying the appliances and subsription updates. Any purchase is being processed quickly and accurately. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody.
We're currently not using the unified security platform
We are not using Watchguard cloud products
Terrible to use in comparison. You can't find what you want, reliability is much worse and the total cost has been much higher
