Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Our primary uses for the Webex App are presence, messaging, meeting, and softphone. Without those 4 functions, we wouldn't be able to communicate successfully as a company. A use case for the Webex App would be while I am working on a project, I can see if my supervisor is available for a question with his presence, if he is, I could send him a message with the question outright or ask if he is available for a call then give him a call. All steps to communicate with my supervisor are done through the Webex App, without having to jump from app to app.
