Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
My organization uses the Webex App to facilitate fast and efficient collaboration needs. Whether on a desktop or mobile, the Webex app gets the job accomplished. The Webex App easily integrates with our phone system, as well. The Control Hub dashboard allows for easy configuration from anywhere. No VPN connection is necessary.

The main organizational challenges that my company faced as we planned or implemented hybrid work was the ability to find a collaboration solution that was an all-in-one solution. With the Webex App, we can combine chat, calling, meetings, collaboration, and more, all in one location. There is no need to switch between multiple apps with Webex App.
Cisco's hybrid work solutions have elevated the challenge of having to book physical conference rooms with limited time availability at our headquarters office space. Employees within my organization can meet whenever and wherever, all-in-one app. The stress of just coordinating and scheduling meetings has been removed by Cisco's Webex App.
My coworkers, employees, and/or customers have experienced an increase in productivity and on-the-job efficiency. These individuals no longer have to take the time to commute to our office space to complete the same tasks that can be finished from home. Work can be completed from virtually anywhere all thanks to Cisco's Webex App.
