Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We used Webex App as a internal organization communication portal and we are extremely impressed with the way this app behaves , UI and working as well. We used this for chat , calling , company surveys , discussions pod, even for conferences , video call as well. It has the bundle of inbuilt features with security and efficiency.
Pros
- Super easy to manage , use and work on the platform.
- Unbeatable security features for internal company discussions.
- I can access it from both mobile and laptop with the security
Cons
- The little issues came with video call performance and message latency mainly on mobiles.
- It consumes high bandwidth and requires VPN for perfect working.
- Security is one of the most positive things about WebEx. By passing it's security is somewhat not possible.
- Scheduling the session, recoring of sessions , discussions PODs are all advantages.
- Implementation and integeration with ticket tool is straightforward and simple too.
