Overall Satisfaction with Webex Connect

We use Webex Connect to ensure customers satisfaction, it helps respond to our clients 24/7. It works like a traffic controller for messages sent via multiple channels where customers get feedback to their preferred channel whether Emails, sms or Whatsapp. Through automation this tool helps us reduce time wastage and delays in sending feedback to our clients.

This tool is highly user friendly especially after full implementation. It promotes highly streamlined workflow through automation which have led to high productivity in the company.
How this tool supports multiple channels is also a plus for me since we never miss customers queries and we also respond to them on time without delays which gives them great satisfaction.

In my view Webex Connect is well suited in areas where customer support and contact centers are of high demand. The fact that it supports multiple channels makes it a perfect tool to respond to customers needs on time through their preferred channels without delays. It even sends alerts and notifications to customers before they reach out for help through an automated bot.
