Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings

WebEx helps us as designing analysts to present our designs to teams across the world. It is very functional as I can share my screen (also 2 screens) to all other teams who have WebEx. With this can you can also tell who is on the call and who is not.

Pros

  • Screen Share
  • You can make another user the host
  • You can also make another user control your screen

Cons

  • They should add a chat functionality
  • More than 1 user screen share - not sure if possible but would be nice.
  • This helps with presentation - definitely saves times to use WebEx otherwise we would need to send copies to all for them to review
  • Many times we have met just to present docs to other teams members - WebEx helps to not need to meet and we can do it online
  • Lync
Screen share is more clear/quicker with WebEx than Lync
It is perfect for sharing a screen - if you want to present a PowerPoint or show a video that you don't want to send to all. It is not necessary if you going to use it only for talking.
