Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings when we have a very large group meeting or where we wish to guarantee compatibility across different teams or external organisations.

Pros

  • Compatibility across operating systems
  • Ease of use
  • Audio Quality

Cons

  • Supporting Windows USB connected headphones
  • Integration with other products
  • Webex Meetings have been great to simply deliver an online meeting across multiple locations
  • The ROI was initially good but as times have changed this has also changed
Webex Meetings are more mature and easier to manage than Skype for Business but the ROI only works for large meetings.
Skype for Business (formerly Lync), GoToMeeting, Zoom
It great for an old fashioned dial in meeting but is struggling to cope with USB or Bluetooth attached headsets; there does not appear to be one solution that works and many add-ons from 3rd party vendors that don't work nicely with corporate firewalls.
