Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Our org is currently using Webex Meetings across the whole organization. On the whole, Webex gives us the flexibility for all of our users to be able to participate in or out of the office. Many of our staff are mobile, so giving the option to meet on the go allows the org to be agile as well as efficient.
- Simple set up

- Video
- Higher quality video, 1080 is missing.
- Audio transcriptions would be nice.
- Allows multiple participants over large geographical area.
- Quicker outcomes for issues.
- Zoom and GoToMeeting
We use Webex meetings due to our underlying familiarity with Cisco products.
