Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Our entire organization uses it daily for internal and client-facing meetings.

Pros

  • High quality screen sharing.
  • It's extremely fast to start a meeting.
  • Excellent audio bridge.

Cons

  • The user webpage has 2 versions -- modern and classic. Classic has different functions, but everything should be consolidated.
  • The video layout controls are awkward for switching between filmstrip, split, and active speaker views.
  • We've achieved significant savings over our former service. Additionally, using Webex's audio bridge has increased ROI.
Webex has improved their video, but it is playing a bit of catch-up to Zoom. The layout and quality of Zoom are a bit superior, but Webex's ability to integrate and leverage our existing conference room cameras was a better fit for us. Webex's software is also easier to use and install.
Any time many people need to gather virtually for an ad-hoc call or screen share, it's very quick and easy to use Webex meetings.
