Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Used across the organization. It benefits us by making us more agile and saving time and money on travel to central locations.

Pros

Cons

  • Latency is sometimes a problem.
  • Occasionally slow to load.
  • It has saved us countless dollars on travel.
  • It gives us flexibility when providing support. It is one of the better remote control solutions.
  • Removes the problem of finding room resources with projects.
We subscribed to Fuze for a time and Webex just integrates into our environment better. Administration is simple and it has much less administrative overhead.
It is great for small to medium-sized groups. Our training department really likes the accountability of knowing that users are focused on the meeting and not other tasks.
