Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is being used by our entire organization to address the need of meeting our clients, in the absence of on-site visits. It helps us build and maintain good relationships with our clients since our team is scattered globally. It makes it easier for us to organize and bring together our team in support of our clients' needs.

Pros

  • Webex Meetings can easily be set-up as it is tied to our Outlook. I can just go to my calendar and schedule a meeting with my colleagues and our clients.
  • It's very easy to use. Plus, the app in my laptop allows me to easily join meetings to which I am invited and I have accepted.
  • Allows screen sharing which is vital in helping us understand the issue our client is facing.

Cons

  • Sometimes, it is hard to connect to a meeting using the mobile version. Another app has to be downloaded.
  • There are also times that it is slow to respond.
  • Webex, overall, provides a cost efficient platform to communicate with my colleagues and our clients.
I have not really experienced calling their support team, as I have not needed to. Aside from that, any issues with Webex goes to our IT department. They are the ones who coordinate the issues with their support team. Given this, I don't feel I can or I am in the position to rate their support.

It is well suited for organizations that have employees and clients across the globe. Like for me, I reside in Asia and my clients are in the US, so meeting and talking to them is made easier with the use of Webex Meetings. What I also like about Webex Meetings is that it allows the users to share the screen. Working in a software company where you need to troubleshoot and demonstrate how you use our application, I can say Webex is very much useful.
