Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
As Ford Motor Company, along with JVs (Joint Ventures like Ford Otosan and Ford Sollers), all stakeholders and employees are Cisco Webex Meeting users. We connect it via Ford.webex.com and invite all our associates like suppliers and dealers as well. Honestly speaking, it is the primary source of running the whole meetings whether in premises or across the other locations involved. In the meantime, thanks to its features like very easy dialing in and connecting (via videocall, audio, mobile, call me and so on) that makes the life even easier for all parties.

- Call me back features makes life so much easier at office hours.
- Mobile app supports the activities during in-travel.
- Simple connection - just one click away for different companies.
- Share my screen feature may sometimes cause trouble for the other side of the attendees as it may not be visible at times for everyone.
- Video connection gets slow at times due to local internet speed and other factors.
- General connection troubles rarely experienced due to downtown or maintenance across the globe.
- As a Purchasing team member (Supplier Technical Assistance), I have been taking part in spreading the product to our supply base in Turkey - which is both profitable and user-friendly, so helping them in many ways. As for Fords side, it cuts the expenses and saves plenty of time in our daily routines of communication.
