Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

User friendly interface. While it is not the best platform call quality and connection issues do occur. Personalizations are limited unlike Zoom and limited mobile functions. While we use Zoom more frequently, the Webex platform is occasionally for our presentation, meetings and occasional announcements.

  • Integration.
  • Collaborative audio.
  • Mobility.
  • Call quality.
  • Occasional share screen issues.
  • Automation.
  • Savings in travel costs.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

While it is not as good as Zoom and its many features and conveniences. It has good integration features and a user friendly interface.

Webex Meetings Reliability

While the Webex requires a lengthier check-in process, the scalability option is one of its great features.
It was available for the most part. While there were a few technical issues, it was generally okay.
While they load in a timely matter, it just doesn't have the flexibility and smoothness of Zoom.
