Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings are being used across our campus through the Educator Connector within the Learning Management System, as well as a videoconferencing platform for students, faculty and staff. It was launched in July 2020 during the pandemic and provided faculty and students with synchronous meetings during remote learning, as well as hybrid learning. The addition of Slido has been a great benefit to engagement both with students and with events.
- Automatically adjusts to the level of connection depending on the users bandwidth.
- Engagement with students and attendees with Slido integration.
- Excellent video and audio during videoconferencing.
- Sharing screens and file features took faculty some time to properly use and were improved with each update.
- Grateful for the video conferencing within breakouts that finally occurred.
- Still waiting for closed captioning as part of the licensing agreement (adding web assistant an included service).
- Provided students with easy connections to synchronous and recorded sessions.
