Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings has been used in the past (and with coordination with other companies), providing a great service of meeting and coordinating support, sales, and implementation calls. But this tool has primarily been used by our product implementation team to improve making sure our product was being implemented (and providing any necessary support through scheduled calls/meetings).

  • Live meeting capabilities.
  • Video sharing functionality.
  • Recordings of our meetings.

Cons

  • Takes awhile to get people set up.
  • Sometimes sharing screens gets complicated.
  • Great meeting capabilities.

I feel like this is a great meeting platform and experience for the general user, especially for those who are looking for more functionality than Zoom. I haven't had much need or experience with sound/noise reduction, but from other users, this also is a huge plus for using this.
