Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings supported us basically during my time as Network Engineer while attending to customers' demands, incidents, etc. It was very easy to use and I would recommend it any time. Unfortunately, the company decided not to use it anymore, but Microsoft Teams instead, that's why we were using it not the much in the last year. I also used it a lot while making interviews with Cisco. That was really nice and it always worked like a charm.
Pros
- Meeting organization and joining process.
- Content sharing, i.e. Desktop sharing.
- The possibility to use the VoIP function, but at the same time provide a fallback through the old PSTN network.
Cons
- When attending a meeting for the first time, the experience can be a bit annoying, because a plugin installation is required. In this case, sometimes my computer crashed, or the browser simply stopped working. After the plugin's installation, everything usually works fine.
- Agility to connect people - response time for incidents improved.
