Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings is the collaboration product we use from our Executive meetings to training new hires and other day-to-day utilization. Most often, the Personal Meeting Rooms is the most common use throughout the company. The Webex Meetings platform has united our company post-pandemic. Webex Meetings allows us to function optimally in this remote era.

Misunderstanding of bandwidth requirements has led to poor brand within the company
5000+ phone agents have an elevated phone experience when switching from Jabber to Calling in Webex

Not a fan of TAC - Rating is set to 10 as for my support to my business in resolving the issues reported.

Usability

There is a lot of opportunities to engage and educate end-users on all the functionality the product brings, however for what it is, Webex meetings are pretty simple to use. The integration of Slido has put a lot of smiles on the faces of the training department.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings is ideal for onboarding new employees and enticing collaboration among their peers. On the flipside, meetings can be leveraged to run all day, and in some cases, have the camera set up to watch employees during shift. Although these business decisions are not in any way shape or form in the power of CISCO, it gives the products a bad name.
