Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex meeting has more flexibility in displaying Host presentation. its scheduling and privacy of meeting are very good, which we can use outlook or integrate into google calendar for our reminder. in each meeting, there is also a rehearsal room where the host and presenter can practice the look and feel before the meeting is started. it has many features, polls, questions, and answers, documents can be uploaded in office format. when we installed it to a corporate/ company with Cisco Devices, guests and users can interact with the device.

We can check our connection status with mediatest/webex
limit share screen preview, and also speakers that can un mute
there is a health checker in Webex apps

the interface of Webex is quite different, we find the health checker option in the Help tab. it would be great if there is one in the Connection or Tools tab
it has quite an effect on CPU / performance of PC or Webex.

Reliability and Availability

The Webex meeting, when you do not have a desktop application. it directs you to the browser view. which browser view has more flexibility view than in another platform. yet it also can put attendee view to sync with host view, making the meeting looks uniform, and more focused on the presentation itself. Webex has also Noise Removal or optimizing your sound in meetings which makes attendees better at hearing and listening to the meeting.

Scalability

Lots of Features than another platform, screen share with or without sound is also available. Noise removal, from low to high is also effective for a meeting, it gives better experiences in its sound. The virtual background is also editable, and we can use the mirror feature to fix writing in our background. we can also mute or unmute, turn on or turn off attendees' cameras to prevent any accidents or unwanted footage from another attendee that may forget that it is a Formal meeting. or there are rules in the meeting

Performance

Webex meeting is a great platform for webinar. there are features that allow attendees to join without having desktop installed. and also using your cellphone to dial in to the meeting. Webex meeting also has other platform useful feature, whilst adding more rich experience such as Polls, Question and answer, whiteboard, etc. Integration with other app, such as quiz, manage presentation without opening it in office application with note and annotation available, make our meeting more interesting and great experience overall.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webinars and seminars have been more effective with Webex, it has started practice sessions before the event is started. we can brief the user and host that is invited without affecting the meeting itself. and we can also coordinate, and send chat and instruction during the practice session. with Webex we can also dial a meeting using a US phone number, to make our experience more mobile for webinars.
