Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webex Meetings to have a meeting with my co-workers, for a meeting, or also to discuss a project. because it is easy to access anywhere and anytime. Webex provides convenience such as being able to make calls or video calls so that when clients explain project requests, it is very easy, and also when discussing business processes related to IT, they can explain business processes directly using the whiteboard feature. then various documents can also be accessed, can also be presented directly to clients.

Pros and Cons

can save Status Recording information, so that if at any time I need information from this meeting, I can access it at any time.
During a meeting using Webex, I can share the content that will be presented specifically according to the application or the entire layer.
Can conduct persistent chat either to personal or to all participants. making it easier for the communication process, without having to turn on the microphone so it doesn't interfere with the host

maybe in this Webex application there needs to be an additional attractive appearance, such as a theme, color, or wallpaper feature, so that users are comfortable using it for a long duration
Because Webex has features that can be said to be complete, the UI is quite difficult to understand. Webex also does not provide user manuals. so for new users, it might be a little difficult to access it

I chose Webex Meeting because it has more complete features. The quality of the video that is served is of HD (High Definition) standard. So, the video is not blurry. In addition, you can customize the layout of the video, making it easier to convey information. the capacity that can accommodate up to 10,000 participants in one broadcast. It is very well used with the aim of getting as much audience as possible. In addition, the video and sound presented are of the best quality and also have a video on/off feature, so that privacy is maintained during the meeting.

We can arrange the location of the speaker's video in such a way as we want when following the video conferencing. This adds added value to the product for users as not everyone likes the predefined video layouts. can be accessed by users for free and can be directly downloaded on PC, App Store and Playstore. After the download is complete, this application can be used immediately. Real-time translation from English to various languages. Emoticons and gestures are added to make Cisco Webex more interesting in its use and self-expression. easy to share content or presentations that will be broadcast to other participants who join in it.

Webex Meetings is designed to provide organizations with flexible software because we are not motivated to have to do it in the office or in a certain location, but can be done anywhere, anytime, also does not cost a lot of money to use. it is considered very effective and efficient because it saves time and with complete features, it makes it very easy for users to access it

Performance

Webex pages can be loaded quickly of course because they are supported by a strong wifi signal. make it easier to solve problems because all the features needed are already there, and are available in the application, then easy to use so that it can shorten processing time. Webex can also be used if, on the one hand, we are using another application, it doesn't affect it at all.
