Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Our kitchen department has been using Webex Meetings to conduct introduction courses for new appointed Commis Chefs. We need to clear certain hygiene and culinary courses. We conducted sessions internally to get a good idea of new dishes and other necessary topics. The application is great and also price is reasonable. The mobile app is also good. It is easy to start meeting and audio is clear.

Pros

  • Audio quality is excellent
  • Easy to schedule a meeting
  • Option of messaging
  • Clean UI

Cons

  • Video quality is not that good.
  • Sharing screen sometimes get fully black screen
  • No option of 3rd party app service
  • Our time is saved, and it is not more needed for physical meetings.
  • Kitchen work has improved a lot for holding meetings at workers convenience.
  • Subscription fee is not great.

When collaborating with a team to address difficulties in the support area. The sharing screen tool is quite useful for displaying a problem and assisting other users in solving it. Also, in daily meetings, it is quick to start a chat one-on-one in the personal room. The call quality is excellent, providing consumers with a positive experience.
