Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings and Jabber for internal and external communications. It addresses the challenge that most of the employees work from home. Therefore it is our main tool for communications. Collaboration without an application like the Webex Meetings conference system, jabber or cms would not work. even though there are some things with the application which can be improved like the user experience.

Webex Meetings works well for internal communication, even though it gets worse when too many participants try to enter a call. it works less with external participants, since often do not manage to enter a call and also they dont have Webex Meetings installed. For external purposes more commonly used applications like Teams work much better.
