Webex Meetings helps us to coordinate meetings across different locations, especially for cross-campus interviews or hearings. It has allowed us to standardize communication while still ensuring sensitive discussions remain private and documented. We are using it across all our HR functions . It's our goto for all HR briefings or just remote onboards.

Isues with intruders are less compared compared to our pervious solution, Zoom
As a frequent admin, I appreciate the meeting lock and participant controls. These are gold during sensitive calls.
Direct connection with my calendar. It eliminates the need for jumping across platforms

More limitations with the breakout rooms compared to Zoom

The biggest benefit from Webex Meetings is the dependability and security, especially when privacy, access control and stability matter even more than the visual flair. We regularly handle employee relations cases, something involving legal counsel or union reps. Webex Meetings allows us to lock the meeting, restrict access and manage a clean bill of attendance. It's however useless for informal chats or team catchups, it feels too heavy for that
