Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I handle technical sales and business development for a IT product and this requires interacting with remote clients and working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and conduct demonstrations, technical training, proof of concepts and onboarding. I have often used Webex meetings to interact with such clients. the meeting span over a time of 45-100 minutes and will involve anywhere between 2 to 10+ participants.
Pros
- It has a good UI with not too much clutter.
- The cisco hardware works seamlessly with Webex.
- Compared to competitors, it doesn't have latency issues and audio video lag.
Cons
- Not a fan of the need for proprietary hardware.
- The learning curve and time to get accustomed to the product is higher.
- Needs better integrations.
- A much more professional setup.
- Enterprise level security is reassuring.
- Would be nice to have it better integrate with other products in the organization.
We still use a combination of a few collaboration softwares. Webex offers the most enterprise-grade tools compared to its competitors. Many of our top market clients recommend and insist on Webex primarily for security and privacy reasons. The experience has always been smooth and without any hiccups. I can't remember facing any issues with Webex during meetings.
