Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex solves the hybrid work situation at my company. A few people, including me, mostly work from home and still need to connect with the rest of the team. Webex brings us together via video meetings, allowing us to exchange words and discuss as we would in person. Webex has bridged the gap between in-person meetings and remote work.

Pros

  • Consistent quality meetings.
  • Great audio and video controls.
  • Good features including chat.

Cons

  • Nothing comes to mind which needs a lot of work!
  • Communication is improved.
  • Brings the team together.
Webex compares well with gotomeeting software. It has excellent options, the go-to meeting app. It works well with the quality of connected hardware controls, like audio and video services. The chat and recording services work better, making it stand out in the industry. Works well with other applications, too.

Webex has better controls to manage the communication gaps between employees. It comes with a lot of good features, including audio, video, sharing, screencasting, presentation mode, and chat. It effectively brings the team online and provides options for better collaboration. Happy to recommend this service to other friends too.
