Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars

Webex Webinars is one of the best webinar platforms that I have come across. We primarily use Webex Webinars to conduct interactive webinar sessions for our potential users and customers. Connecting with users virtually was a really big challenge for us and Webex Webinars have helped us in this regard. We are now able to constantly connect with our users and provide them with more value.

Pros

  • Great in webinar chat and Question Answer feature
  • Easy webinar invites and calendar sync
  • Webex Webinars can also be easily accessed on multiple devices which I like

Cons

  • Webinar recording option is not very straightforward
  • More admin control options can be introduced
  • Adding team members to webinar sessions can be made more smoother
  • Webex Webinars has helped us create more value to our users.
  • The detailed dashboards helps us understand the pulse of our users better.
  • We have seen a 27% increase in our monthly sales after introducing Webex Webinars.
