Cons

Although Webex webinar is generally a dependable experience there have been a few cases of technical problems like unexpected disconnections or problems with audio or video quality. Enhancing the overall user experience would involve improving the platform's performance and dependability.
Even though the Webex webinar mobile app has gotten better over time , more optimization would help us having seamless mobile experience , this could involve improving features like battery life video quality and screen sharing sharing.
Although webex webinar provides a number of customization options, but there should be freedom to adapt the platform to their own requirements. This can be more choices for branding , modifying the layout or integrating with other programs and tools.

Return on Investment

I have been able to reach more students with webex webinar who might not have been able to attend in person classes because of scheduling conflicts distance or other reasons. This has enables me to reach a wider audience and increase my overall student enrollment.
