Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars
Webex Webinars is used for conducting the Webinars, FDPs, online Classes every now and then in our department. It helps the participants a lot since it provides remote accessibility. Students can attend the program by being in their home. It also has recording sessions which are shared after the events. It provides screensharing for participants which is very useful in chat to solve the doubts.
Pros
- Recording the sessions- It is very useful, we can share the content for offline use.
- Chat is great. Online polling can be very useful with good analysis. Feedback is also good.
- Meetings can be scheduled with notifications and alerts. It has mobile app as well with all the features.
Cons
- It becomes slow when the participants are more.
- White Board option needs more features. UI has to be more simple.
- Recorded videos has too much size. And it should have integration with Google drive so that it can be shared easily.
- One of the main advantage our institute has got is- Saving Money by conducting online events.
- People from all over the world can become participants.
- We got some good analytics for each session which improved our presentations.
Webex Webinars has more features than Google Meet but it is costly compared to Google Meet.
